Kate A. Shaw is an associate professor of law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and then went on to study law at Northwestern University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Following law school, Shaw clerked for Judge Richard A. Posner of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She then worked as a senior editor at the Supreme Court Review before joining the faculty at Cardozo Law. Shaw's areas of expertise include constitutional law, administrative law, and federal courts.
